Our Return Privileges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of alterations
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- A return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our standards of excellence, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grooming & Fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry, Cufflinks & Watches (unless defective)
- Any item marked as final sale
The Moderno Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely in the original packaging and include:
- The completed return form (provided with your order)
- Your RMA number clearly visible on the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our atelier, your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item has been shipped
- Or if any issues are identified
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchanges
For size exchanges or alternative selections:
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- If the replacement is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
Special Considerations
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll arrange prepaid return shipping and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
